Things to Try before your booking If you have not already, please try a reset on your system by turning the power off at the powerpoint to the unit or by turning the power off at the mains (which will do the same thing). Please also refer to FAQ/Support link below.

Add-on cooling Tips: Most systems are designed as part home cooling only. If you have zones and are trying to cool your whole home at once, you have likely exceeded your design criteria which may be impacting the effectiveness of your cooling system.
* A dirty return air filter can cause your system to not work efficiently or potentially cause damage to your system. The filter should be cleaned regularly as per your owners manual.

Evaporative Cooling Tips: Refer to your owners manual (also available in FAQ/Support) for tips on how to use your system (ensure you have windows open to allow the system to push out the warm air, but not too much that it allows warm air to enter your home). If you have a networker, ensure droplets are showing.
If there is a smell coming from your cooler this may relate to the new system (refer to your owners guide), additionally evaporative cooling uses air from outside your home, so if there is smoke etc in the air this may be drawn into your home. As the system down draw in fresh air, it can also draw in small bugs, if this is happening we recommend a service (this is not covered by warranty).

Please note that if the problem is not a warranty issue charges will apply (standard $195 for heating, POA for cooling). Example of some things not covered by warranty are: * Someone has been in the roof and unplugged the unit * Controller is not being used correctly causing the system not to work etc.* The batteries are flat in your manual controller *You have not maintained your system *You have had someone else install another system or variations to our original install that has effected the system we installed and how it works
